How to Use 

1. Apply a thin layer of Chroma Ink or Crystal Ink to clean, dry skin 
2. Use stencils for precision or apply freehand 
3. Press your chosen Question Beauty loose pigment on top using an application brush 
4. Allow to fully set before touching
