Great product, plastic compact needs improvement

"Before I write my review I want to add I bought this product in April 2025. I still have it (don’t wear makeup often) so they might have fixed this issue~~~ I’ve bought the dewy rainbow twice. The first time I think in 2024 and it arrived with the highlighter all broken up within the case. HOWEVER I still used it and LOVED it. I got - and still get - so many compliments on this product. I didn’t realize it wasn’t supposed to be broken up. lol. When I ran out of it I ordered again in April 2025. This time the product itself was pressed as it should be, but after a few uses the plastic compact holding the highlighter broke at the hinge. So I still put the top on it but i put other makeup on top to keep the top on lol I’m writing this in hopes the company sees it and can fix this issue. I didn’t say anything at first because I’m not one to complain, but I realized - how will they know it no one says anything? I will continue to buy and wear this highlighter. I love it. It would be five stars if it weren’t for the case breaking. I tried to include photos of myself where you can see the highlighter on my cheek bones."

Beautiful rainbow

"Start with the pros: it is absolutely gorgeous. If you use it as is, it has a shimmery rainbow highlight. I use black eyeshadow normally, and used it over my normal black eyeshadow and it was a stunning rainbow. I also used it over my lipstick (also black) and it was like I'd kissed a rainbow. It didn't budge all day, and came off at the end of the day with a makeup wipe. I was at a work convention, and had ate, drank and it never moved. Cons: it arrived cracked and broken. It definitely needs to be applied by fingers or you smear the colors together. I had to use 3 fingers for the full effect. GENTLY swipe side to side on ONE section of the highlighter, dab onto the area you want for the first section of rainbow. Second finger, repeat the gentle side to side motion on the highlighter, then gently dab the area next to the first. Gently blend. Repeat for the last section of the highlighter, gently dab onto the last area, gently blend. (the purple at the bottom of the highlighter is a very small section, but its really worth it!) I was very skeptical, but it will be part of my normal makeup rotation from now on. 🖤🖤"
